Whether you are in the heart of Paris or chilling in Alaska, your custom-made Order is on its way.

Why do we print-to-order?

Your Garment is printed after you order it. We hold no unsold stock. If you realize you picked the wrong Size or Color, please contact us as soon as possible.

Your Order is printed by our Production Partner, at the production Site closest to you, for quicker Delivery.

Fulfillment time

Usually, it takes 1 to 5 Days to fulfill an Order, after which it is shipped out, depending on what you ordered.

Possible delay reasons

Occasionally an Order can take longer than expected. Common reasons are a problem with the Print file that puts the Order on hold, a temporary stock gap for the item you chose, or a carrier disruption once the package is on its way.

Delivery time

Shipping times vary by Product and destination. As a guide:

  • USA: 3 to 4 business Days
  • Europe: 6 to 8 business Days
  • Australia: 2 to 14 business Days
  • Japan: 4 to 8 business Days
  • Other regions: 10 to 20 business Days

If you are buying a Gift, please order at least two Weeks ahead of the date you need it.

Once we have packed your goods, we will email you a tracking link. If your Order arrives in pieces (not literally, we mean different packages), do not worry. Sometimes items ship from different warehouses based on stock availability.

Shipping couriers

We work with leading global logistics companies, depending on where the Order is being shipped to, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, Australia Post, and Royal Mail, to ensure reliable Delivery worldwide.

For faster Shipping times in specific regions, we also use trusted local carriers. For example, Latvijas Pasts (Latvia Post) handles Deliveries from our Latvian production Site, helping us reduce transit times.

Order/Parcel Tracking

We charge a Shipping Price depending on what is in the Order. We ship everything together where possible. There are some items that have to be shipped separately because of their Size or volume.

You will receive tracking details once the Order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Restricted countries

We are unable to deliver to certain countries due to legal restrictions or limitations imposed by our Shipping carriers. The list of countries we cannot ship to may vary over time depending on global circumstances.

Currently, we do not ship to the following locations:

  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
  • Ecuador
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Syria
  • North Korea

The ongoing conflict in Ukraine has created significant challenges for Shipping to the region. At this time, we can only ship items fulfilled through our Logistics and fulfillment partner facilities in Latvia.

14-day Return Policy

We offer the right to return a Product within the first 14 Days from the date of arrival. If you wish to return a Product, please read our Return policy carefully.

Packaging and recyclability

Your Order is printed after you place it, and we hold no unsold stock, by our Production Partner at the Site closest to you. Further information can be found at our Packaging compostability and recyclability information.
